Citizens Welfare Handicrafts Producer Company Limited (CWHPCL) is a Producer Company of handicraft artisans based in Imphal, Manipur, India. The company was incorporated in the year 2022 under sub-section (2) of section 7 and sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The main objective of the Company is to uplift the Socio- economic condition of the local artisans by providing necessary intervention programs and a platform to showcase their skill in handicraft sector thereby ensuring sustainable income. The Company also aim to revive the endangered "Shaphee Lanphee" (G.I.Craft) of Manipur.
